Over time, I’ve seen that selecting and staying with a therapist is like finding your home, like you won't get comfortable with all the houses only one is meant for you.
I've been a therapist for the longest time but also have a high inclination towards creating art since childhood where it's dancing, visual arts or singing. I'm very open to taking up new things and working with it to see how well it works for me. I'm very empathetic and available for all my clients not just through the session but even between the two sessions.
