I am a Counselling Psychologist and Trainer with over two decades of rich experience in prestigious organizations in India and the U.A.E.
I have had a versatile profile of conducting Counselling Sessions, Group Facilitation Sessions, Training Sessions, Teaching, and Writing in academic institutes, NGOs, corporates, and private sectors both on an onsite and online basis.
I offer need-based Counselling across the spectrum of psychological wellbeing and mental health concerns. I have expertise in different areas like child development, handling special needs, career-planning, decision-making, negotiations, effective communication, self-management, dealing with concerns in sexual orientation, building resilience and emotional intelligence, relationship management in personal and family spaces, health and wellbeing management, transitioning life stages, dealing with mid-life crisis, dealing with loss and grief management. Currently, I provide Online Counselling and Training for individuals and groups.
My vision is to facilitate individuals in their inner growth process through skill-building and strategies for enhancing emotional and psychological wellbeing.
